What size packages does your tea come in?

Our premium loose leaf tea comes in a standard size resealable pouches and holds 3.5 ounces or 100 grams or about ¼ lb of tea. We also offer a 2 ounce size as well as a sample size.

How many servings are there in a 3.5 ounce bag? 2 oz bag? Sample size?

Generally there are 30 – 40 servings per bag in a 3.5 ounce size; 18 – 24 for the 2 ounce size and several cups for the sample size.

Many pure white, pure green and pure oolong teas stand up to multiple infusions.

How long will my purchase stay fresh?

Once opened, your tea will stay optimally fresh up to four months in our resealable pouches

Do you have other containers for tea?

Absolutely -- we have a great variety of Japanese Washi paper covered caddies, cherry bark and other exquisite vessels to insure that your tea stays optimally fresh for a year or more.

Do you ship?

We ship via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, which we email to you confirming shipment of your purchase. On orders over $50 shipping is complimentary. For orders under $50 shipping is $4.95. We are not able to ship via any other method online. Please contact our store directly should you need other shipping options. Do you gift wrap?

Gift wrapping is available as an option at check out.

What is your exchange policy?

All food items (including tea) are not returnable or exchangeable. All accessories, teapots, teacup and candles are exchangeable if in original packaging and unopened.
